There will come a time in the not too distant future when vista will be the only version of windows availible legally to the OEMs. All of us who are dependent on windows, need to stay legal and don't have a license with downgrade rights (i belive downgrade rights are only availible on volume licensing) will have to suck it up sooner or later just like we did with XP.
