http://www.albright.co.uk/ Small contactors. These will switch up to about 150V DC with the magnetic blowouts fitted. But they are a 80A device. The alternative is to use a four pole relay and wire four breaks in series then test it and see what life it gives. We did this with the Albright SW121 when used as an AC- DC changeover contactor. Subject: [EE]Need relay to switch 135VDC @ 1Amp Hello, As the title title states, I need to switch 135VDC at 1 Amp using a relay - and I am required to use a mechanical device (no solid state relays allowed). Most relays I can find easily switch 220AC, but only very low DC voltages. If possible, it would be nice if it was a DPDT that could also handle 50VACrms. Any suggestions? Thanks.
