Dear Jan-Erik,

after removing the the transitor with his Rb=10KOhm, I can change the Pic's
program again.

For an easy-to-use tool, download XWisp2 from ww.robh.nl.

It will not help with the LEDs loading the PGC/PGD lines,
but it's a nice tool for the WIsp628...
