Most parts sellers have some 'grab boxes' or whatevere they call them.
You won't find 'general leds' (never seen those), but specific LEDs. You
won't find a single kit that contains all you want and nothing more,
because there are too many 'tastes' for such a kit.

Most Eastern Bloc countries had generals on parade and they were Red....
