the queston might have been to difficult, badly worded, not about the
Wisp628, or otherwise impossible to answer while in 'recreational mode'.
Rereading your mails: a bit of all. (and you did have my telephone

you can't re-program and run a program at the same time

for ICSP you must make sure the other hardware (not the PIC) does not
interfere with RB6/RB7 and with /MCLR

comment on the Dutch text: internal clock and internal reset are two
