Hi,

    After 10 years I will be going to the Embedded Systems Conference again 
! I remember that many people on the list could be met there at a compiler 
vendors booth.... Obviously after 10 years I do not know who is the compiler 
vendor or if anyone here still goes to the Conference :-)

    It would be nice to see people that we just "read" on the list.. Is 
anyone going this year ? Is there still a meeting point for list members ?

    I will have some days available before and after the conference. What is 
nice to see around for a electronics maniac ??

    Is Opamp bookstore really closed ???!!! Are there still "real" technical 
bookstores where we can flip real paper pages ??

    I saw that Fry's electronics still exists. Is it still a good place for 
surplus stuff ? Are there any other places to go ?

    What else do do around Silicon valley ?
