There are two "different" autorouter .ctl files, and one Design
rule set (.dru file) in the "misc" area of the CadSoft download page:

There is my own set of suggestions for hobbyist PCBs downloadable

I've seen DRUs at some of the board houses as well.

Note that for most practical purposes, changing the design rules
has more dramatic and useful effects than changing the autorouter
parameters.
