Windows XP Pro. Not sure exactly what you mean by default vs custom. Right click 
on desktop > Properties > Settings then screen resolution slider lets you adjust. My 
setup actually shows 2800 x 1050 here as I used the NVidia Control Panel to setup 
my dual screen environment as a spanned virtual display (accessed by further 
selecting Advanced > GeForce 6200 tab > NVIDIA Control Panel > Multiple Display 
Wizard).
