Has anyone gone thru the hurdles of implementing KeeLoq security in Pics? I am needing to RF data transfer and KeeLoq looks possible for new product development. Microchip requires a Confidentiality Agreement. They apparently send you a disk with code. Are there license fees involved? Any experience in their ease of incorporation into programs? Looking at their datasheets it looks like its proprietary code that is incorporated into your program. Are there any other security chips I should consider. As always, cost is an issue. Any help and input would be appreciated. Rich PSI Systems -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
