80% OS X 15% WIN (running on an Intel Mac via Parallels) 5% LINUX This MacBook Pro is my first Mac, and I'll take this opportunity to say that it's a pretty ideal PIC development platform. I can run my usual apps, browsers, Eagle, etc. in OS X, use its *nix screen command for serial debugging over one USB port and be programming PICs over the other USB port in Windows, all at the same time. Pretty much the best of all three worlds as far as I'm concerned. Especially with dual monitors. When you can have OS X with its unix shell fullscreen on one monitor and Windows fullscreen on another, all from the same laptop, why decide? -n.
