Can you recommend any one in particular, for a person who is not yet an 
expert Delphi programmer, but is not a total beginner either? I'd prefer a 
newsgroup with a wide scope, not focused on anything in particular like .Net 
or ADO.

Would borland.public.delphi.ide.general be a good start? :)
