More details please. Pressures? Frequency? Volumes? Variability? Precision?
As always on this list the quality of responses you will get depend directly on 
how much information you share. With a question this vague we could be 
anywhere from ultrasonic transducers to piston pumps - maybe even 
explosives (well it could create "fluidic pressures at various frequencies" :-)
