I'd like to announce the release of a new Piklab version (0.13.0).

The main improvements are:
- add support for several new chips + read/write 24C eeproms with
direct programmers.
- add support for CCS, JALV2, BoostC, BoostC++, and BoostBasic compilers.
- bug fixes for ICD2 programmer.
- interface enhancement.
