I need an 8k SRAM for a friend's ham radio repair.
The original part is a Sanyo LC3564PML in SOP28 package.
The chip has /CE1 and CE2 and is a standard Jdec pinout.

I faked in one of my larger chips, a 32k, with A14 grounded and it sort of
works, but I'm nervous about tying the CE pin.

Digikey doesn't have anything in stock, can anyone help?
