A lot has been added to Stirling Engine knowledge since 1983, but an 
awful lot of the basics and the not so basic were know well before 
then. Also, a 12v 200 W battery charger  design paper published in 
1994 gives an intimate look at the design of the most commercially 
successful Stirling Engine system ever developed (in NZ or anywhere 
else :-) ).
