St Microelectronics has ST20-xx series gps processors which are widely
used.Performance is better than SiRF prodcuts.Zarlink Semiconductors
and Fujitsu has gps processors.Zarlink offers good price but never
used them and heard of them.Centrality Communications has multi
processor/w gps functions.Volswagen uses Centrality Communications
processor on their navigation systems.

Don't know the others but probably St has the fastest clock speed with
up to 50mhz.Just keep in mind that DSP used to arrang data coming from
the channels effects the system almost as much as the cpu used.
