Man, my first post to the list and I screw up! Forgot the [PIC] tag the first time. Sorry! ----- Original Message ----- From: Don French To: piclist@mit.edu Sent: Wednesday, January 17, 2007 9:44 PM Subject: CC5X unable to open source file This has to be something incredibly stupid on my part, but I don't see it. I am using the free version of CC5X in MPLAB for the first time. I followed all the instructions that come with CC5X, or think I did. When I try to compile any program, including any of the included samples, it executes the compiler but says that it is unable to open the source file. I also tried moving the source to C:\ to eliminate any question of spaces in the path. I searched this list and the web for "CC5X Unable open file" but did not find anything relevant. I am running XP, for what it is worth. So, what am I missing? The Build Output: Clean: Deleting intermediary and output files. Clean: Done.
