When I'm asked to sign NDA that are writen or whose jurisdiction is outside my country, I just sign them. There are two reasons. - The first reason is that I'm, off course, not going to break it, so if the NDA is reasonable I see no point on not signin it. - The second reason, and this is why I don't make a big deal out of it, is that although there are international laws and treaties, regarding comercial arrangements and parterships, they cand be applied (practically) to small-medium bussiness. The fee of such lawers is beyond the deal royalties. Of course you might have a bigger deal in your hands, but I'm sure you'll be consulting your personal attorney in that case :) right? A few years ago, we send about 300 machines with an arragement like a lease to Chile. Each machine was worth near 100 U$ dollar. A few months later, the company in Chile broke and we never see the machines again, altough there was a contract, but the cost to excecute that contract, plus the shipping costs was not worth it.
