Hi:

I've got a quick question about offshore consulting and NDA's, and since
there seems to be a decent population of consultants here, I thought I'd
ask.
I'm being asked to sign one that assigns jurisdiction to another nation, and
I'm somewhat concerned. Before I contact a lawyer, does anyone in the US
have any experience with a NDA from another Nation, and some of the
pitfall's I should be aware of?
