Anyway, as somebody pointed out on a forum, in an interview people may want to ask you "if you ever developed boards in your spare time... i.e. when you were not asked to do them". You can of course answer "no" (it means you also have a life :-) ) but the person interviewing you has the interest to know how "appassionate" you are in your work. He does not care about your personal life, so, if you reply "I create PIC boards at night" you're probably going to gain some points!
