I've got another teaser.... The system has 48 identical PIC (18F4585s) circuits. I noticed "something" I could not understand. On a suspicion, I added code to trap stack over/underflows. Sure enough! On a MCLR reset to all the chips, a few hit the underflow trap. They all have identical code. They use the internal 8 MHz oscillator with 4:1 PLL. The boot code has no subroutine calls. The running code does use subroutines, and interupt calls. Any thoughts? Tom -- * | __O Thomas C.
