Hi Paul, Not an Eagle-specific tip, but: Make copies of the library parts you are going to use, and change the pad types of your through-hole parts to "annular". That's the type of pad that has a hole in the center. When you drill the board, it'll act like a center punch and keep the drill bit centered.
