I've met the president of ScanGauge at SEMA about a month ago. The fact that the price includes shipping has more to do with them trying to keep things simple for themselves, rather than trying to please customers. While trying to keep things simple is a worthy endeavor, a lot of times it's done at the expense of flexibility.
