Canon printer wanted.
MP760, IP4000, ... others with same print head unit.
Post me the print-head, keep the printer :-)

If selling one pse advise desired price.

I have probably, through an act of stupidity* , destroyed the print 
head for a Canon MP760 "all in one" printer. It may be fixable but 
probably not. The head is also used in other Canon printers with the 
same ink tank combination. New heads, if available, cost more than a 
2nd hand printer is worth and vanishingly few people advertise 2nd 
hand heads for sale.

I was wondering if anyone had a compatible printer for sale. I may 
well be willing to buy just the head (which can be airmailed at modest 
cost.). The whole head assembly just hinges out.

Tanks used are, left to right:

    BCI-        6BK    3eBk    6Y    6M    6C

Known printers with this tank usage are

        MP760
        IP4000
        ?MP780?

    There are probably others

It is not the same as the models which use only BCI6 tanks and add PM 
and PC.

* I cleaned a head with compressed air at modest pressure, following 
the advice form a website which said that this can be done safely.
The printer immediately started claiming the head unit was an 
incorrect one.
