Mouser and Jameco have no minimums, or handling. Just pay the usual UPS, FEDEX or US Postal rates. Depends on where you are located, there might be someone closer, which I'd call quicker delivery. Digikey has a $25 minimum, but usually I find something to go along for the ride, even it's a half dozen resistor packs of 10. All of them handle a small order promptly. Ordered from Digikey Friday noon US Postal Priority mail (a 10" cube box), with the holiday and everything, it arrived yesterday for $9.00 (It was a little heavier than minimum).
