Stay > away from Trendnet! Well, I can't comment on their tech support, since I've never needed their help! I have several pieces of equipment from Trendnet and I'm VERY impressed. Everything has "just worked", no fiddling, no fighting. Bluetooth in general OTOH has been rife with problems in my limited experience, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
