They are real "rubbery" in this mode. Not the same increasing as decreasing either! I have used a 12v lamp in series with an automotive source to charge 11 volt NiCad Batteries. They start with a bright light and taper off to a trickle on their own. Pick the right lamp current by the battery capacity. Too simple to sell!
