Our local (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) PBS (Public broadcasting TV) station is 
offering volume II for some minimum dollar donation as part of their 
ongoing membership drive. They have had interviews with the authors 
(correct term ?) where it has been indicated, like  4 people  3 years 
for first one, and reduced time for 2nd.
