I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen the Tide Buzz ultrasonic
laundry cleaner?

I grabbed one as a stocking stuffer for $9 with the intent of seeing
if it could be reconfiged into a more useful board cleaner. I did clean
a few rings with a few seconds of buzzing in a soap water mixture in a 
glass. It has a surprising amount of power, if you hold it against a
finger it will burn in about a second.

Just thinking about grabbing a Tupperware container and trying
to clean a board etc. Does anyone have any suggestions as to fluids
etc. That's the one thing I have to watch as my wife is wildly allergic
to most of the chemical we'd use.
