Gaggafle some combinations of Dean Wheeler Hydrogen Rocket electrolysis (Dr Professor ...) for an electrolysis cell for water rocket design. He has withdrawn his electrolysis cell details from the net due to the potential for abuse but will provide them on request to meature enough sounding enquirers and it's not rocket science (coff coff) to build your own. Overdo the electyrolysis and you instead get your own Hydrogen bomb :-) It won't work any better a a rocket than an optimised pumped air water rocket (as one can push ottles close to destruction [or beyond] already, but it has a certain class to it. With a little effort one could make a dual in-rocket electrolysis and igniter head so it could be primed and then fired remotely.
