Vitaly, I sent some websites to you.  If you need some explanation of such 
things as h-parameters or whatever, ask your question directly.  Bring the 
questions up and many persons on the List will help you.  What are you 
tryiing to do?  Do you need to design something?  Do you need to find a 
substitute for a part?  If I knew more of what you need to know I could help 
and so could many others on the List who are better than me.
