It's lighter than the ProProgs and EasyProgs I've shipped before because the
USBProg doesn't contain a wall wart.  One package was only 9 ounces, the
other 11 ounces.  I thought everything under 2 pounds was a flat rate.  The
boxes were small too.  One was the same I've used many times for the other
programmers, and one was smaller (testing out one of the post office free
priority mail boxes).
