This is a true professional quality PIC programmer that doesn't cut corners
on the USB or PIC interfaces.  It can produce the full range of specified
Vdd and Vpp voltages from any valid USB power voltage and deliver at least
100mA supply current to the target circuit.  It has a internal voltage
reference and does not rely on the USB power voltage.  Strong 150 ohm PGC
and PGD drivers can tolerate significant capacitance added by the target
circuit, while still remaining undamaged from shorts to 0-6 volts
indefinitely.

The USB interface provides "just works" operation.  Multiple USBProgs can be
connected to the same computer and distinguished by name.  Variable Vpp
allows direct support of PICs that require a lower programming voltage than
the old standard of 13V, such as the 18F2520 and many others.

This is the first USB PIC programmer that tries to "do it right".
