Don't tip them up and go out in the sun. Unless you like the
aroma of burning hair. How do I know this ? ......... !!

Inside though, very very useful. I use a cheapy one with flip-
down extra lens. It would be better if they were glass, but
they're OK. I also use one of those swivelly PCB holder
things with the crocodile clips and a magnifying glass. Used
with a headset you can find PCB faults and work on very fine
components. In fact they're so good together you can zoom
in on a map and see the little people waving at you
