That might block some, but based on what I can see of the user agent, etc..
The ones in chi/kor are humans. The machines run in the .us or .ru.

And the more I've thought about it, it strikes me that I can't remember
anyone from chi/kor ever posting something GOOD to the site. But I do know
that I have decided not to post things to other peoples wiki/blogs based on
the presence of a  captcha thing. That is another entire discussion, which
would be interesting.
