I second the nomination for Beyond Compare. I've been using it for 
years and it has saved me many hours while debugging code that no 
longer works after making a bunch of changes. BC not only makes it 
easy to see the differences, but also makes it easy to quickly copy 
and paste sections of code from one file to another.
