My PCB layout program (DipTrace) doesn't have a footprint for the 
12x12mm variant of the TQFP-80 package which is used on the 16F87J60 
processors....

And although microchip has a package drawing available, there isn't a 
footprint drawing available (I.E. recommended pad sizes, clearances, etc.).

And, my google skills have failed me in being able to find any other 
source for this data....

So, does anyone have a source for a drawing for a recommended PCB layout 
for a TQFP80(12x12)?
