Part of the planned progression towards Gogle changing its informal 
corporate aim to "Be Evil".

Gargoyle is my most favoured search engine, GMail is superior to most 
other web mail based systems, various other of their services are 
utterly marvellous. But if their ongoing progress towards owning all 
the world's data isn't making you just the wee-est bit twitchy by now 
then you should probably just go back to sleep and enjoy the ride.
