  That is exactly the point. Unless you live in higher density areas  
you are at the whim of the companies. I live in the far Eastern end  
of the most populous county (Chittenden County) in the state of  
Vermont. They proudly boast of 95% access to broadband ... what that  
means is those of us other 5% haven't a snowball's chance in Hades of  
getting it  in the near future; the areas that have only 25% access  
to broadband that are getting the attention ... so our 'choice' is  
satellite or dialup!
