Simply opening your mouth automatically puts you into category 'A', the complaining class. After all, why else would you do that? As you say, your 'D' is a person who inspires others to go off and doing things, ie still an 'A'. Easily spotted by asking '...and what have YOU actually done?' and waiting for the excuses, or simply telling them 'You first, mate'. Leading by example (do as I do, not as I say) makes you a 'B', a Doer. Not many of those about. Maybe it's an Australian thing.
