Just one data point, I have flown a 20mhz Xtal on an F and a H motor
without a problem.
I don't know "how much" difference there is in terms of sensitivity
between the two but if you only have an Xtal and it isn't production I'd
use it rather than worry about trying to get the resonator going (if its
posing a problem).
