Deadly mistake, been there, seen that, "unleashing the wolves of con artistry" means nothing more than just making it legal to cheat, deceive, defraud, delude, diddle, gull, shaft, swindle, trick etc. Those, who will survive (literally) won't be "smarter and healthier"; they will be bigger wolves of con artistry. That's why folks tend to organize themselves into some structures like countries, nations, states etc to develop rules of life like religion, Law, ethics etc. Getting rid of these structures and rules will bring you back in Dark Ages. > And yes, I have been ripped off, even scammed > in the past. I consider it a cheap education. I wish you wouldn't receive more expensive this kind of education. The cost of the education is highly proportional to the level of "unleashing the wolves of con artistry". Those people who are being proud of in one country with the low level of "unleashing the wolves of con artistry", would even have no chance to survive in another country with the high level of it, because developing and maintaining such skills will take almost the whole time they would spend on developing "good" skills. And being unable to develop the "wolves" skills they very probably would end up badly. Those "non-wolves" sort of people are known to be called "lokh", "durachok", "frayer" and so on in a very disrespectful manner in some countries. You would definitely be listed among them for providing non-profit service such as maintaining the List. Under the "unleashing the wolves of con artistry" condition you would be just laughed on for this.
