In all of the 9/11 flack I always wondered what the demolition experts had to say about it. To my own eye, the towers collapse never looked much like the popular videos I'd seen of controlled demolitions - but that's just me. Here you can find the opinion of some folks who should know: www.implosionworld.com Short, but to the point. There's some interesting videos and pictures there, but not very hi-res. There is a little more information from this source in a one-page article in the current issue of Skeptic magazine. I picked it up because the cover story is 9/11, but was mostly disappointed at the content. Other than the page I mentioned, most was just a repeat of information found in the Popular Mechanics article and others. I was hoping for more of a discussion of the psychology of CT's. The implosion toy looks pretty neat: http://www.implosionworld.com/imptoy.htm (but so far I haven't gotten the link to work).
