Here are the newly measured programming speeds for 16F630 after fixing the
programming times for program memory and EEPROM.  Times are in seconds.

I have the default not set to 1 verify pass for the 16F630 and 16F676.  Even
so note that you're only saving 600mS by skipping the second verify and the
associated voltage switching with a USBProg.
