Here are a few: 0402 - 1005 0603 - 1608 0805 - 2012 2512 - 6432 Basically multiplying the individual imperial dimensions with 2.54 and rounding should get you close. (The unit of the imperial sizes is 10 mil = 0.254 mm, the unit of the metric sizes is 0.1 mm.) Is this what you meant?
