I need a quad op amp in a dip package to condition a Motorola pressure transducer signal.

I want:
rail to rail output
single supply 3 to 5 volts
low power consumption (battery power)
easy to obtain (no special orders or lead times)
not too expensive ($2.00 per singles at the most)

I don't need a lot of output gain or power. The output will go into an ADC.
I don't think I need a wide frequency range since the input will be for the most part DC.
