There were probably more calls from Flight 93 since they were the only ones who knew what they were in for. It only takes one person call call home, find out about the WTC or the Pentagon crashes and tell everyone else. Calls were made from the other planes, this one gets more attention due to the actions of the passengers. They knew they were sitting in a missile. One of the cabin crew was on the phone when the plane went into the WTC (not a cell phone). The times are fairly short as well. The planes weren't in the air all that long. Flight 93 passengers knew they were going to die, so made the calls. The others didn't want to piss off the hijackers, as was standard procedure back then. WTC-7 just burned & collapsed, whereas WTC 1 & 2 got hit by planes, burned & collapsed. Much more interesting.
