You'd need to know the contents of the building. There were diesel tanks in the basement. Apparently not big enough to cause a major problem. Who knows what else what down there? There could have been an intense fire down there to weaken the bottom. I'm sure I've seen a photo of WTC-7 with a huge chunk missing. Then of course the question would be why didn't it fall sideways.
