Since Tyco took over AMP I have been unable to get any satisfaction from 
them. I don't know if it's related to the Tyco takeover or just bad 
timing, but they are a black hole from which no data, samples, or 
anything resembling support escapes. Now I avoid their parts.

Their website is a real waste of time.
