The part of AN910 quoted by "Hazelwood Lyle" would indicate that multiple voltage programming is no longer recommended for most flash parts. I wonder if the process changed, or if Microchip just decided it isn't necessary. Doesn't really matter to me -- I'm not planning to use the 16F84 anyway.
